Out door pool was amazing with the autumnal trees and setting sun. Indoor facilities good too (jacuzzi, pool, steam room and sauna - although there was a bit of litter lying about)
The massage experience wasn’t so good. Slightly delayed start as there was no one on the desk. The atmosphere of the room wasn’t great and the therapist seemed to have a cold, which meant heavy breathing and sneezing throughout. Not his fault - but I think I would have rather had my appointment cancelled and refunded

Attended for a spa day with a friend which included use of the pool and facilities, a 50 minute treatment and afternoon tea. The customer service before and during was great. The hotel was lovely, beautiful surroundings and the restaurant and foyer were immaculate. The treatment was great and we both left feeling relaxed. The only thing that needs improving is the changing room area which was very outdated compared to the rest of the hotel and felt very old and not very clean.

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent treatment, which was both professional and relaxing. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The property itself is beautiful, with outdoor areas of exceptional appeal. The outdoor swimming pool, in particular, is truly impressive and provided a wonderfully relaxing environment.
However, the dining experience did not meet the same standard....

The massage and head massage was really great. It wasn’t Vivian’s fault but the music kept tripping.
It would be good if a member of staff was present at the desk and signs to the rooms were clear.
The spa area was quite busy, not enough beds to quantity of guests.
