We had a lovely spa afternoon. The staff were attentive and friendly, and we enjoyed our treatments - very relaxing. The facilities were good, plenty to choose from indoors and outdoors. It was pretty quiet on the day we went (during the summer holidays). The afternoon tea was very tasty and again, nice and quiet throughout. Overall a recommendation from us!

The spa experience was not as luxurious as others I’ve been to… it didn’t have the ambience and ‘aromatic scent’ of the usual luxurious spas.
The changing rooms are dated, the indoor pool was good, the outdoor area with two choices of decking and a large hot tub were lovely with views of gardens, but not enough seating and sunbeds for the number of people there. The treatment was good and the afternoon tea delicious.
