The spa/facials were lovely and relaxing.I phoned to ask if they could be done at same time as the point was to spend time with my daughter. They did say yes so I paid the money to book and then on the morning they changed it to two separate times which was a bit disappointing. But Vivian was really nice and very professional. We had our cream tea after but the man in the restaurant was a bit snappy as told us we had booked in at 11 for lunch when I had booked the afternoon tea package.
Guildford Manor Hotel and Spa is such a relaxing escape. The staff were really welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the grounds are beautiful. The spa facilities are excellent — especially the pool and treatments, which felt so luxurious. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful throughout our stay. It’s the perfect place for a weekend getaway, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to unwind.”
It was ok, we had a small room, the spa was really busy and the massage was ok. But everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Food and drink were a good standard and they let us check in early.
