Wedding reception on, our room was directly off from the reception music. Very loud very late. Next morning at 7am woken by loud music directly outside room. Husband complained so turned it off the 8am same thing happened again after just getting back to sleep.
Complained at reception when we checked out at 9am to be told most people like Miss being played! Couldn’t grasp the fact that the music was so loud.
Completely ruined my birthday weekend. Have never checked out of a hotel so early.

My wife was refused the chosen starter as it is apparently a sharing dish. This was not indicated on the menu and led to her only having 1 course. Took the shine off an otherwise good visit.
