I was treated to a massage, facial and afternoon tea. Vivian was my lovely therapist and would give her 11 out of 10! She was friendly, kind and professional and would highly recommend her. I didn't use a room, or choose to use the spa area - so cannot comment here. Tea and cakes in the restaurant great too; the funny restaurant manager even boxed the cakes up for me to take away, as I had to get back home. All of the staff I came into contact with were very pleasant.

Lovely quiet place to stay, staff were all lovely & helpful. Really enjoyed the food, best bit was the spa. Very relaxing massage, nice pool & outside hydro pool is fantastic.
