The overall experience was let down by the changing rooms. Showers were pretty terrible, after having had a treatment and being oily from that, you need a good shower to wash the oil off but there was limited flow. Hard to keep towel dry in the shower cubicle and move back to a changing cubicle which were either muddy or wet.
Maybe offer day guests more than a single towel, to wash off afterwards but another to use poolside perhaps?
Afternoon tea was fabulous, great selection and tasty.

Beautiful place to look at the main entrance and outside was lovely but sadly the as soon as you leave the lobby to make your way to the rooms it goes down hill the bannister leading you up stairs was dirty,stained and chipped the rooms are old looking and again stains on carpet and furniture! General house keeping could be cleaner! We was lucky with the weather so used the outside seating/jacuzzi area which was lovely 👌 treatment we had (full body massage) was also good!
