Had dirty stained bedding which looked like blood , no anti slip mat in shower i fell and sprained my ankle and also me and partner had same massage booked but recieved different treatment and i paid 400 then when confronted on site manager he basically laughed in my face best part of the stay was dinner service was on point and food was brilliant shame it was ruined

The lady who did the facials was brilliant. She was polite, very informative and gave a relaxing treatment.
The lady who did the deep tissue wasn’t very good. She barely spoke to me, didn’t enquire about what my preferences were, made no conversation to start with. It was a good massage but not a deep tissue which is what I needed!
The Spa facilities were adequate, not enough beds around the pool, no staff in the area and eyes got sore from the chlorine in the air.
Not a relaxing atmosphere!
