The Management were very co-operative with my changes in times, which we appreciated. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. They had slippers, for anyone who needed, which was thoughtful as many places don't supply them after Covid. As the changing room is mixed, 4 changing rooms is a push when it's busy. Most people have a quick shower, so maybe fewer would work better? Vivien gave me a great treatment. Lovely girl I would certainly try to get next time. Afternoon Tea was also good.

We had a lovely stay for my mums 75th birthday. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate. We had a great massage and spa facilities are relaxing and comfortable. Lovely jacuzzi and outdoor spa is a real bonus.

The overall experience was let down by the changing rooms. Showers were pretty terrible, after having had a treatment and being oily from that, you need a good shower to wash the oil off but there was limited flow. Hard to keep towel dry in the shower cubicle and move back to a changing cubicle which were either muddy or wet.
Maybe offer day guests more than a single towel, to wash off afterwards but another to use poolside perhaps?
Afternoon tea was fabulous, great selection and tasty.
