Booked as a birthday treat, asked well in advance for female therapists & a couples room. Instead got a male therapist and my wife was asked to take her top off in front of him – completely unacceptable. I refused a man rubbing me, so had no massage at all. One of the facials/head massages was also cancelled, so I ended up with nothing. Outdoor spa area smelt of sewage. Overall, a very poor first spa experience.

A perfect venue for a relaxing spa break! Felt like a second home after the first night! The food at the restaurant was delicious and the surroundings were so beautiful!

The facial I had by Vivien was the best facial I have ever had . The food in the restaurant was excellent. Except my daughter is vegan and both the main and desert were not available . I do feel they should have more vegan choices on the menu. I asked the waiter if he had any vegan cake and he kindly brought out some on a plate .
