Hotel needs updated beds uncomfortable room tiny . Bathroom small . Got locked in the toilet in changing room my friend had to pick the lock to get me out . Food was amazing . More staff needed in the bar .loved the hydrotherapy pool outside as I suffer with fibromyalgia it really helped my pain relief which was lovely I struggled with the stairs going to the room as registered disabled . Carpet on stairs where not secure safely. Nearly feel going up the stairs .

The treatment was brilliant
But the fasciitis need a spring clean and the changing rooms need a rethink. Several of the lockers don’t have keys 😟
