Room not available due to mix up (these things happen). Room was found but unsuitable - looked like janitor room - small/dark with buckets/mops outside window (level with outside patio). Did not feel safe to have window open as anyone could get in. Air con not working. Drain/filter in room made v loud noises. I was told could change rooms if paid more! I said not ok as I did not cause room mix up. Manager heard saying “tell her no more rooms”. But receptionist found suitable one for me.
