My daughter and I booked the spa escape. The whole experience was great, treatments lovely and food gorgeous. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely go again and recommend to others.

Very nice venue and room. Breakfast and afternoon tea were great, very friendly staff. Carina on reception was great, Fiona was also very friendly and made both of us feel comfortable before the massage, would definitely come again.

Couples massage was cancelled as there wasn’t two members of staff.
During my 50 minute facial the member of staff received five text messages.

My wife was taken very poorly in the early hours of the Sunday morning so I called the Hotel Spa to let them know we could not make it. I was told to call Spabreaks as we booked through them and the hotel could not help me. I then emailed Spabreask to see if we could reschedule the booking especially as we had paid extra for one of the treatments for my wife. The hotel is refusing to rebook and we have lost £300 for my wife being poorly. Awful, unprofessional and uncaring.

We booked in an overnight stay for my nieces bridal shower, we had the best time from start to finish. The staff were very polite and very welcoming, nothing was a bother for them . The outside hydra pool was very relaxing . Afternoon tea was just wow and the dinner roast was delicious .
