I think maybe Ellie was a bit nervous, overall she was OK. Feedback is:
I didn't get a particularly friendly introduction.
The wax used was quite hot: no check if the temperature was ok for my skin (I would have said)

I had the opportunity to have a treatment by an apprentice / trainee. I had an eyebrow and eyelash tint. Ellie was friendly, polite and attentive. My only suggestion for next time on the eye brow front is ask how light / dark I would like them.
