I was very surprised to be charged full price as when I made this appointment I did say that my previous eyelashes which I had done on Thurs 9th May had fallen out all bar two on in my left eye by Saturday ( we were on a 14 day cruise by then) . The salon was full of people so I paid but didn’t want to embarrass myself or Tierney by saying anything . I have made my next appointment in August and it’s now Sunday and my lashes are fab Thankyou
