Technician did not have any nail clippers (I had a pedicure) she could not find them! The foot massage was very pathetic. The technician had very long nails herself! When polish was being applied you put your feet on a piece of wood that sat on top of the bowl of water that you put your feet in to start with. The piece of wood kept slipping forward. Unfortunately, not a relaxing experience.
