The process of gel removal was painful as the coats from previous application was very thick. Mia warned me it would hurt (it did) and she stopped and swapped nails. Also burned when new BIAB was set under lamp.
Mia was very considerate and reassuring but would suggest that the feedback is passed on to the girl who did the December gels.
The finish of the newly applied gel is fine
