I enjoyed my treatment and my therapist was very thorough. My nails look lovely and I felt relaxed afterwards. I was slightly put off by having to wait outside in the rain as there were no staff there before the first appointment time (mine). Although the lady who opened up was very helpful and got me a coffee I think it would have been a better, more welcoming experience if it didn't feel as unprepared, hence 4 stars.

Had manicure and pedicure on Monday for a photo shoot, really lovely therapist, gorgeous venue, polish looking great, glossy and slick. No chips so far and I'm terrible with nail polish usually. Thanks Highfield x
Nail varnish used was very thick and took ages to dry. Left my pedicure to dry for over three hours and it still took off most of the paint on a toe. They need to update the brand they use as the one at present is too floopy and slow drying. Not happy to spend 2 hours having my nails done only for it to be ruined four hours later.
