I love my French manicure! It looks so sophisticated. Thank you Natalie for making my 2 treatments with you so fun. I will be back
I has a wonderful time at highfied wellness and beauty. Reflexology was amazing just what I needed. I will be back!
Excellent location, very convenient parking. The Therapist was pleasant but I expected a much deeper massage (having specified firm pressure) so that took away from the experience a bit.
I've used this salon several times now but this was my first massage. I had the half body massage and was really pleased that I did - all my knotted back muscles were gone! The staff are always friendly and the place has a great relaxed vibe.
This was sold as a 'Luxury' 2 hour manicure and pedicure. There was nothing Luxury about it. Myself (5 months pregnant) and my mum were asked to sit on a very cheap uncomfortable sofa. The therapists sat on the floor. The pedicure bowls which resembled washing up bowls were filled with water from a kettle. We had a choice of around 5 colours, non of them very nice! The therapists themselves seemed nice girls, there weren't very professional but this complaint is more about the facility than them. In a luxury 1 hour pedicure I would expect quite a long foot massage, perhaps a foot mask in a heated bootie or something. Non of this happened a 30 second cream application was about all we got. My luxury pedicure lasted 25 min in total. My mums around 30 min. the manicure was no better, they didn't even use manicure bowls. At the end of our manicures which also lasted around 35-40min (again not the hour advertised) the therapists swiftly left (for a cigarette outside we realised when we left) we had to make our own way out. My mums nails were not dry and she smudged 4 of them, which I had to correct when we got home. I also noticed that 2 of my nail beds on my hands had bled slightly when I got home. My nails chipped around 3 days after my visit. All in all not a very 'Luxury ' experience at all. I will not be returning and wouldn't recommend the place to anyone.
