Solace Spa is beautiful, the location is dead handy (just off 5 ways) and you walk into an absolute oasis of calm and serenity. The staff are brilliant, literally from the moment you walk in, the stress just floats away... Everyone there is helpful, kind and professional and I always feel instantly at ease. We had a whole day of loveliness the day before my best friends wedding here, the bride, us brides-maids and her mum all spent the day being pampered and preened (we all had manicures and pedicures, and the bride had other lovelies like a massage etc. too). We had a brilliant time, nibbles and bubbly and tea and juice were provided and we chatted and relaxed - actually amazing. The décor and overall feel of the place just oozes calm and relaxation.
I've also taken my own mum there too, and she loved it too and is still raving about Solace Spa!
Personally, I've had a facial with Lorraine, who was professional, kind and knowledgeable, I've had a massage with Stacey (who was lovely, again professional and wonderful at getting the knots in my back out!) and also a massage with Jenny, who was brilliant too. I've also had manicures from Stacey including a gel one. This lasted for ages and was commented on and admired by friends, and even one stranger at a wedding I went to...
Solace Spa's biggest attribute though, is that all the staff genuinely listen and care and go out of their way to make your experience the best it can be. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I recommend you try it out.
Newly fitted out spa in probably the best location in Birmingham, just on 5 ways island.
Lovely interior, gorgeous chandelier (I wish I knew where to buy one like it!) lovely ambiance, relaxing atmosphere
I had full waxing and threading of my eyebrows done by Stacey, she was attentive and very knowledgable, and did a really good job, I will defiantely be going back there, and would (and have) recommended the spa to everyone I know!
