Excellent location, clean treatment rooms and relaxing waiting room. facial was excellent and good value for money with this deal. The thearapist was very profesional, though left the room for about 10 minutes could have been made even better using that time for hand massahe or something similar.
I purchased the Apricot Exfoliation Treatment via a Mob Deal so the value was great. I have been to a number of Salons/Spa's in Birmingham and this surpassed them all. The decor and space is amazing and the therapist and treatment were excellent as well. I will be returning for sure and will be making this my regular spa.
They managed to fit me in at the very last minute due to another spa letting me down. The staff were great and made me feel very welcome. The location is good and there is on site parking. I would go back again
I love Solace Spa. The first time I went, I had the best experience- Lorraine was so lovely. The whole place is great. The second time I went was excellent too, but I can't remember my therapist, and I didn't like her as much, but she was still good. Both times I've had a full leg and brazilian and felt no pain. Nice.

The relaxation room is a cocoon of calm with mellow music, low lighting and plenty of comfy sofas to chill out and relax into while reading magazines and sipping tea.
Treatment rooms are like sanctuaries away from the stresses of the outside world with rich furnishings and heated beds and all the mod cons you'd expect from a top notch hotel spa!!
Stacey is simply the best waxer in The Midlands! Believe me, I've been to a few!! Her professionalism and attention to detail is second to none!! She's also done my gel nails which I can highly recommend as they lasted for weeks!!
Lorraine is a great manicurist ....definately has a steady hand and Amy does a fantastic St Tropez tan that will make you feel a million dollars!!
I'll be taking 15 hens and a bride-to-be there in September for an afternoon of pampering in preparation for the big day and couldn't think of anywhere better to treat them!!
All in all, you get guarenteed excellent customer service from all the staff at Solcae Spa and that takes a lot of beating!!!
