Lovely, really relaxing and was well looked after. Only down side is that all the doors slam really loudly, makes you jump when relaxing away!

I visit Highfield once a month for reflexology, and look forward to it. A thoroughly relaxing experience from the minute you walk through the front door. Natalie was wonderful as always, and I left feeling brilliant. The only reason I have given the facilities 4 stars, is because you do hear background noise from outside while having your treatment, however this is a listed building and you shouldn't expect it to have double glazoing, but maybe some thicker curtains at the windows or soft furnishings to soak up the noise would help. Other than that very minor niggle, I love this place, and have plans to take friends and family with me next time.

Staff were very friendly, made the experience pleasant. Also, they were quick and efficient at the job. The salon was a very nice setting and quite private which is always appreciated. Relaxing and definitely would go there again.
