The spa at the redisson hotel is great. There is a steam sauna, dry sauna, three different showers and a relaxation room. The relaxation room has great views to the o2 and tea facilities. The changing rooms are big and clean with personal lockers with towells and toiletries.
The staff was very friendly. At our arrival we had a tour of the facilities and the reveptionit was very helpful. The 2for1 offer was great value for money. I will definatelly recommend it and I will go back again.
Great place with a view of the 02. Great facilities very relaxing. The staff were very helpful and professional. Only downside no pool which would have made it even better! I would definatly go back again and certainly recommend.
I took my boyfriend for the Moroccan Steam Cleansing as a surprise.
We had a great time with the mud & salt in our own private steam room. Brilliant! Facilities were excellent.
What wasnt great was that the therapist who said she would knock on the door when it was time to rinse off the mud instead walked in - extremely unprofessional.
In advance you make an appointment with the therapist.
The receptionist gave us a much later appointment than I had booked.
After having talked to her twice she rescheduled our appointment back to what I had booked..
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, such a gorgeous place with exellent facilities & polite staff who wait on your every need.
I booked the Moroccan Steam Cleansing Ritual as an anniversay gift for me and my boyfriend, through last minute.com. The location is very easy for anyone to find and truly captures the wonderful landscape of the river thames and canary wharf. Being informed that the whole process would take 2 . 5 hours, we actually spent 4 hours there and the staff were shocked to see us leave so soon!
We were allowed to arrive an hour early to take full advantae of the gym, sauna, relaxation room (which is absolutley great for relaxing- heated stone sun loungers overlooking the river thames with the O2 arena right opposite) and went back to use thiese after the ritual was finished!
I have booked another Moroccan Cleansing treatment and will also be joining the gym there too as it's only £50.00 a month for a couple!
Great stylish place, even the changing rooms were great decor and very clean, they even provide you with slippers and a robe.
You have to try this place out!!!!!!!
It was really good, we felt like we were on a relaxing holiday trip. Really enjoyed it and the lady that ws there was really nice too. I would deffo recommend this experience to anyone. It absoloutlu lovely. If I coudl I would do this every week just to relax and get away its perfect. From the relaxation room you have a great view over the river thames and the chairs are heated. 7/10 as I woudl have been better if it had like a jacusi or a swimming pool :( appart from that nothing to complain.
