This is my second time visiting the salon and both times the hairdresser has done exactly what I wanted - perfect colour to match my ends and actually only taking a tiny bit off the ends as I requested and not chopping half my hair off like some like to do!
The girl that did my hair yesterday was very precise and took great care to get all of the small parts around the front of the hair in the dye - a big deal to myself as I hate having those bits left noticeable! The only slight issue was that the water when washing my hair was cold - the girl apologised and it was not her fault but is something I would say they need to get fixed!
I will continue to use this salon from now on!

The staff here are lovely; friendly, professional and very approachable. I arrived early so didn't mind waiting but they got started early too which was great, and everything was done very professionally and with no fuss. It all ended with the best blow dry of my life - I was so gutted to put my motorcycle helmet on and ruin it all! :S

For £50 you can't complain. The lady doing my hair was pleasant enough but there was very little communication and at one point left me at the sink for over half an hour. I understand that she was running behind but she could have apologised. Consequently I was there for over 2 hours and the appointment was meant to be one hour and a half. But she was very sweet and my hair was ok
