First time going to this salon. Building from the outside/entrance doesn't look as half as nice. Looks exactly like the photo inside, clean and modern.
The staff didn't really listen to the colour I wanted, my hair colour looked worst after washing it the next day. And they also made me pay extra, on top of £50. The condition of my hair is good, but disappointed on the colour, which I had to fix the next day, spending even more money and time. Not pleased.

Had half a head of highlights, cut and blow dry yesterday with Elisa, very happy with the results! The staff were really friendly from the moment I walked in, and was attended to immediately even though I was early. Elisa spent time with me to make sure we got the colour just right (she did two shades of highlights), and after the highlights she applied a toner and I also received a treatment which has left my hair feeling really soft! Best condition my hair has been in a long time! The cut was very thorough, with last minute touches after the blow dry which I always appreciate, real attention to detail. Thanks to the staff for a great experience, I've found my new permanent hair salon!
