Good ambience and staff. Lovely relaxing treatment and got what I asked for. The only downside is that my hairdresser kept stopping a few times to answer the phone. Otherwise everything was fab.

The hair cut and blow dry were both great, what let this salon down was that I had to wait half an hour after my appointment time for the stylist to be available. During that time, no one in the salon told me what was going on so better customer service wouldn't have gone amiss.

Kerri listened closely to what I wanted and really delivered! She was personable and professional and I couldn't be happier with my highlights and cut. Will definitely return.

Fantastic blow dry! When I arrived the girl at the desk was on the phone, I was given a seat, but no one really acknowledged my arrival, nor apologised for the fact that I waited 20mins after my appointment. I didn't mind waiting as I could see they were busy, but they could improve their customer service, through improved communication. Overall was happy with the experience.
