A friendly, yet quiet atmosphere. Not much chit chat but offered a drink and magazines on more then one occasion. The stylists worked quickly to colour my roots and then later pulled the colour through my hair. I had a great head massage whilst the colour was being washed out. The cut and blow dry were great. Unfortunately, the colour on my ends were not as dark as the colour on my roots. Before I even had a chance to raise it, the manager was proactive and offered that I come back in to put a semi-permanent colour on my ends at another time. An offer that I did take up the following week. I was impressed with his honesty and they fact that I did not have to say that I was not happy. Whilst the initial colour was ok, I was so impressed with how it was dealt with. Well done! I will be back.

Booked a haircut was for 1 hour but it only took 40 minutes. Whole experience felt a little rushed (no magazines or a drink) and I came out feeling like something was missed! If you are just wanting a trim/tidy then given the price I paid it is ok.
