Arrived at the venue to find it shut, or so it appeared. Then the hairdresser came out of the back to open the door, no one else around. Zero ambience! Then when I was having my hair washed he kept going to the back to get the different shampoo and conditioner and left me for a long time at the basin. He said about one sentence the whole time. No chat. He barely cut my hair and was very quick. At least it was cheap!

Have been to CML once before and was impressed by the price and service. On my second visit, I had a new stylist and I struggled to get across what sort of colours I wanted. So we just went ahead with my previous colours (saved on their system). I was already a bit concerned with the comms breakdown so when he started highlighting my hair from the crown towards the underside of my hair, i was a little concerned. Once washed out, I was left with a one cm root and my hair didn't look any different from when I first came in. I had a cut with a different chap - Marco, who understood that I wasn't happy with the colour and arranged for me to return so that he could fix it. My cut and style afterwards were spot on - exactly what I wanted. Overall it's a great customer service, nice atmosphere and very good price.

I read a lot of reviews before eating that the stff weren't that fitness but I have to say I thought most of them were really nice. Nadia is amazing - would definitely go back just for her. The colour could have been slightly better but the cut and the service was great. Was in there forever but it was a great cut from nadia in the end. Really recommend it for the price.

Good haircut. Stylist knew what she was doing, head massage during conditioning was very relaxing. Salon felt very modern, overall experience was efficient, and am very pleased indeed with the result!
