I've been to this salon before and loved the result, but unfortunately the stylist this time overran by half an hour. Usually this wouldnt be a problem, but I had to catch a plane, so when I realised that there was a ginger-brown streak left right at the front of my hair. It wasn't absolutely terrible, but I wasn't very happy. The stylist said it would wash out in a couple of washes, so we will see, but that coupled with the lateness put me very on edge and didn't make for a pleasant experience. HOWEVER, the rest of the colour was exactly what I wanted, and I'm sure if it's not right then they'll sort it out, as such, I will definitely be going back.
