They were 40 minutes late to start my appointment which was irritating + made for a poor first impression, but made that time up by giving me two colourists and giving me a free treatment. On the whole very happy with my service.

Staff were really friendly, hairdresser really listened to what I wanted and cut and dried my hair beautifully! Also, was brilliant value for money compared to other salons in the area.

The hairdresser was too busy, they were stressed, they were too quick and after explaining what I wanted she didn't do it the way I wanted... Quite dissapointed.
