The offer is great - however I was not happy with the outcome. I was very clear that I wanted subtle highlights and that I did not want to go to light. However, the outcome was rather different, I have brown hair and my highlights, which pretty much cover my whole head are too light/blonde. I was then told it would fade and I would get used to it, I was not offered my toner which was part of my deal. I also found the time I had to wait for my dye to set was much longer than the 30/40min which I was told. I then had to wait 20min with a conditioning treatment on my hair when I got it washed, when I was told it would only take 10 mins. I think the issue was that they were short staffed and didn't have any help. The hairdressers itself is nice, atmosphere is Okay, and the staff are very friendly...I was just not happy with the time it took (nearly 3 hours in total) and the colour of my highlights. I would not recommend to a first time hair dyer like myself. However, I would recommend it to a friend who frequently gets their hair dyed. Jess
