I can't say how happy I am with my colour and the entire experience at CML. Celiena did the best job on my highlights.. Far outshining any I have had done in the last 5 years. Great experience, great results, and I will definitely be back.

I rarely give negative reviews but unfortunately I had to in this case, especially seeing as it is the first time I've ever visited a salon (I have a close family member who is a hairdresser). I had a wash, cut and blow-dry and I am very disappointed with the results - so much so that I am looking for somewhere to go and get my hair fixed. I had(!) very thick, very long wavy hair, which I was ready to change. I showed my stylist some pictures of what I wanted and he seemed to understand (mid-chest length with some soft layers and shorter bits to frame my face). I have ended up with basically a long bob which is all one length and I only have short face-framing bangs on one side of my face (???). My hair is too thick to support a one-length hairstyle - something which I kept stressing to my stylist, but he continually ignored my request for more layers. I was so geared up for a change in my hairstyle so it is extremely disappointing to be left thoroughly traumatised by my first salon experience.
