I was really pleased with previous visits to the salon but was very disappointed this time. My highlights were really stripey so they had to be done again by a different stylist (blow drying my hair in between and then before my toner added a lot of time) which the salon were very nice about however the stripes are still visible and I feel self conscious about them. The cut was fine but potentially a bit rushed as it wasn't really what I asked for and I'm finding it difficult to style. It's great value so I would consider doing back but I was massively disappointed with my hair, even after being there for 5 hours!!!
