The staff were nice although not talkative, which to me is a bonus as I dislike small talk! I was greeted with tea and they did their best to understand what I wanted, and helping me as I hardly knew what I wanted! I put my trust in them and they succeeded. Thankyou would go again.

Slightly disappointed with this visit; staff were slow and behind but very friendly and apologetic which was fine but the highlights were not done near the root and I still look like I have roots which isn't what you want when you've been sat there for over 3 hours. still very good value for money just don't make any plans for after your appointment because you pay the extra with time!
