I've been here a number of times and it really is good value. I've also had my hair dyed in an ombre style twice at this salon - first time fantastic, second good, this time so-so. The colour is much higher than previous times and hasn't been blended that well with my natural light brown. It also looks a bit brassy. Maybe ombre means something different now but it was much more blended on previous attempts and I was very happy as it complimented my natural colour. I wouldn't say this is reflective of the salon though, they are always very busy. However as I now feel very conscious of my hair colour, I doubt I'll return.

My colour was perfect and I will definitely be going back again. I think it was Selina who did it so I would request her again. Slight downfall was that my appointment was a little behind schedule so I had to wait around 40 minutes but they were very apologetic for this. Only other minor thing was that I was under the impression I was going to have a toner, I think it was agreed that I didn't need one but no one told me this, so I had to ask. Overall I'm so happy with my hair and will definitely be returning again! As I said, special thanks to Selina as I absolutely love the colour!!

Good value for money but got a junior stylist who had to call in a more senior one to sort our my fringe which was not doing what she wanted - had a keratin treatment. My first visit here was much better - actually got 2 stylists who worked on the blow dry together and left my hair much straighter. That said I would go back, but perhaps seek a more senior stylist next time?

I have been to this salon prior to this appointment and really enjoyed the experience there.
Unfortunately this time the staff seemed very unhappy and uninviting. The trainee was treated very poorly when she asked for assistance in regard to how long she should keep the toner on my hair for, I thought this was very poor as the hairdresser who put my colour on did not even come to assess my hair at the basin, nor did the manager (I think manager) when the trainee asked for assistance.
I was happy with my hair once it was blow-dried but once I got it in the daylight it was very obvious it was showing a lot of yellow tones and spent the following day putting additional toner in my hair at home.
I realise this is a inexpensive hairdresser but the level of professionalism was very poor, Sorry but I will be finding a new hairdresser.
