The colour is great, although somehow my hair is very very dry and brittle. This has never happened before and the hairdresser still charged me full price and did nothing to try and fix it. I am now having to go to another hairdressers to try get it fixed and spend more money fixing another persons mess up

Great colour, friendly staff - but my hair is very thick so I asked for it to be thinned/add layers, but they were only added to the ends so now I look a bit like a mushroom unless I style my hair everyday.

Inna did a fantastic job on my balyage and trim. She always has some great advice for improving the condition of my ruined hair and makes it look a million dollars. The glass of wine is a lovely bonus!
