First time visit to Chez Stephan and will definitely be going back! First time in years I've left a hairdresser feeling truly happy with my hair. Inna listened to what I wanted and made recommendations based on that - trusted her completely and I've left with a wonderful new hair style. Already recommended to friends!

My balayage was done by a lovely girl called Lia. She had some difficulty understanding what I was saying (she was French) but we muddled through and she did a very good job. The blow dry was also fantastic.
However my experience was tarnished on meeting the manager to pay. He was very rude, stating that I had not paid very much for my hair colouring. I had paid the price listed on Treatwell and an extra £20 for a toner so this was very insulting. He then gave me around 10 business cards as he said I now had to market the salon, as a result of the low price paid. I promptly put these in the bin and would not return to the salon, despite the excellent colour.
