I went for a regular stylist instead of a top one and the lady who did my hair was gentle and professional. She did a great haircut and balayage although was not able to achieve the look I asked for.
The salon clearly does not appreciate you using any kind of vouchers which is understandable since they are meant to deliver the same services for less in exchange for new customers. But not adhering to the conditions specified on the voucher and asking for additional 30 GBP because of the shoulderblades level hair length was beyond my tolerance level. When I refused to pay they offered to charge me less if I don’t redeem the voucher. To me using promotional services of the voucher company and not paying for them is called cheating.
