I really enjoyed my visit, would definitely visit again. My hair felt super soft after - would recommend to people with frizzy hair. Inna was very knowledgeable and super lovely! She explained everything really well before the procedure.

I booked for a root bleach (I’m bleached already) and was talked out of it by the stylist who suggested a colour lift instead because of damaged hair. I agreed, trusting her. This didn’t lift roots so I then had to have bleach on top, damaging my hair. Then toner disaster - I asked for a more natural blonde than bleach blonde and ended up with bright ginger hair. It was AWFUL. Had to rebleach roots, scalp is now bleeding, roots are still ginger and my hair is damaged! Need to fix elsewhere :(

It was my first visit to a hairdresser for very many years and I was nervous about having my long hair cut. I am an older client and with thinner hair unsure if there would be a haircut which would work. Inna was very reassuring and made my feel comfortable.
I had my hair cut short and it looks really great. Friends have commented how good it looks, the word amazing was used. It makes me feel years younger!
I will certainly return and plan to continue at the same salon
