I was immediately made to feel like what I was asking for was strange (a balayage on dark hair?!) & whilst we had some humorous moments throughout I felt stressed and really upset about the result.I had literally HALF a head of blonde bleached hair (just lower half) & it was uneven and looked so bad, I could have cried.When I went to another salon for a second opinion they couldn’t believe what had been done to my hair. I took pics and shared via email with the salon but they denied it!! Big no!

Lovely experience, I love my haircut and the hairdressers itself was amazing! I will be back & highly recommend the keratin heat treatment, my hair is sooo sikly smooth, goodbye frizzy hair!!
