Another great visit, cannot recommend enough

Considering I paid for an eyebrow shape and tint which is £30 I was in and out in around 5 min. It was the fasted tint and shape I've ever had. Not much time spent over shaping the eyebrows as you can tell from the time taken. Friendly staff but just felt more effort could have been put into the actual treatment. The results could have been better especially for the price paid.

Sally was really great - very professional and I was very pleased with the treatments I received. I was late, and she was very good at informing me right at the beginning that this would mean a shorter treatment (understandably!) but she told me in a friendly way without any fuss - something that must be quite hard to have to do!
The massage was brilliant with good pressure and very relaxing, followed by a facial. Personally, I would have been interested to know more detail about the steps of the facial (e.g. What she was putting on my face and why) but I imagine that for some people it would disturb their peaceful state.
Overall, really impressed, great value for money with a lovely therapist who I would happily visit again. The little free gift at the end was a nice touch.
