Sally was really great - very professional and I was very pleased with the treatments I received. I was late, and she was very good at informing me right at the beginning that this would mean a shorter treatment (understandably!) but she told me in a friendly way without any fuss - something that must be quite hard to have to do!
The massage was brilliant with good pressure and very relaxing, followed by a facial. Personally, I would have been interested to know more detail about the steps of the facial (e.g. What she was putting on my face and why) but I imagine that for some people it would disturb their peaceful state.
Overall, really impressed, great value for money with a lovely therapist who I would happily visit again. The little free gift at the end was a nice touch.

I have used Champneys in Guildford for around 6 months. Normally I can't complain about anything there but today I had a different experience.
My guess is the therapist was new. It was the most painful wax I'd ever had but and when I got home I discovered there were missed patches of hair left behind after the Brazilian was done.
I realise I should have contacted the salon directly to sort this out but I really didn't want to go back in.
This is the only bad experience I've ever had here but it has made me think twice about booking my wax here again.
