I have used Champneys in Guildford for around 6 months. Normally I can't complain about anything there but today I had a different experience. My guess is the therapist was new. It was the most painful wax I'd ever had but and when I got home I discovered there were missed patches of hair left behind after the Brazilian was done. I realise I should have contacted the salon directly to sort this out but I really didn't want to go back in. This is the only bad experience I've ever had here but it has made me think twice about booking my wax here again.

Lovely member of staff, the colour I chose was a little different to the selection palate however the overall experience was good
