The facial and massage were wonderful but only lasted 45 minutes rather than the advertised 1 hour. This is common at this branch so I would never pay full price for a treatment here. I also didn't enjoy the hard sell of products afterwards. Nevertheless, I will probably visit again as the treatment was good but only with an offer

Therapist was very friendly but welcoming staff were rather abrupt. Treatments are always significantly shorter than advertised as was the case this time - an hour treatment is actually more like 45 minutes.
