Booking was nice and simple, I arrived slightly early for my appointment and I was sent to the waiting area where I helped myself to some water. I think the facilities are reasonably clean although the place itself could benefit from some renovations like painting the walls and generally sweeping up the floor a bit more often. Staff are welcoming and lovely. I had my waxing session before the massage which I was happy with but had I not been okay with the plan it could’ve been changed. Waxing was less painful than last time and i felt I was in good hands. It was a pleasant experience. Then onto the massage. The back massage was lovely though the oil was a little bit cold when it was applied, but of course it warmed up in no time. I thought it was a great massage. Then I had my very first facial - a very relaxing experience. Oddly I was a bit too excited about it to actually relax as much as I could’ve but never mind, I enjoyed it! We had a chat about my skin requirements before the massage and it was lovely. The only thing I’d say is that perhaps customers should be asked about sensitivities specifically in case they forget to mention it. My skin felt very clean and fresh.
