The salon told me on arrival that they wouldn't be able to fulfil the order because the hairdresser hadn't turned up and there was no one else. I ended up having to spend £50 elsewhere to get my hair done at the last minute before a planned event.

This was my first visit to Carlos hairdressing and I highly recommend this place. I went for a haircut and blowdry and Dominic did a wonderful job. I have long Indian hair and was a bit worried that they might not know how to manage such thick hair but Dominic was very patient, listened carefully to what I wanted, gave some great suggestions and I couldn't have been happier with the end result. I'll definitely go back!

Nice salon in a residential part of St. John's Wood. It was bustling when I went but not chaotic and noisy. I showed a photo of the haircut I wished for and my hairdresser cut my hair to look like what it did in the photo. I definitely wouldn't mind returning for another haircut.
