Booked an appointment for a cut & blow dry. Tuco - my hairdresser, has done a great job & did exactly what I wanted & gave me some good advice on improving my overall hair condition.You can tell by the way he was cutting my hear, he was very experienced. 3 days later, my hair still looks great! Would go back:)

All the services at Carlos London are really top notch. I love that they are always firm with you and set realistic goals and expectations. I can tell you from personal experiences as myself and all my family have been coming to this salon for over 10 years! and have never felt the need for change.... Highly recommended!
I've had my hair coloured and cut hundreds of times at different salons and I can honestly say this is the best my hair has ever looked. the highlights were beautifully done by Carlos a former staff member of the famous Nicky Clarke salon in London, his brother Dominic cut and styled my hair perfectly will definitely become a regular here.
The staff and environment were both very friendly. I was recommended a completely different haircut than I originally wanted, which took me by surprise, but the outcome turned out great so I am satisfied with that.

Overall a good experience in Carlos salon.
From the outside it doesn't look very appealing for the lovely area they are in.
Staff is nice, everyone greets you,oeffring they typical beverages, its a family run business. Emmete did my hair and she was lovely.
She gave a thorough wash, and listened to my needs very carefully, while suggesting some changes.
I would visit again.
The only downside was there was no asking for another appointment etc like other salons do. Also I was informed for long hair charge in the end. I didn''t mind the charge it is quite common in the UK but would have liked to be told in the beginning.
