The staff were nice and friendly and the salon had the feel of simple family place as opposed to a fancy place in St Johns Wood. The hairdresser was experienced, efficient and I'm happy with my haircut.

This was my first visit and I am so pleased with the results. My stylist listened carefully to what I wanted and I left with a very lovely professional job that many people already commented upon without invitation, saying how nice it looked. Would definitely recommend.

I had my treatment done by Emete and she's the best! She's very kind and she'll give you plenty of tips on how to maintain your hair straight for longer. All the staff are very nice and cheerful, as the keratin treatment is done in the basement (which turns the room in a small gas chambers and you'll cry for all the chemicals in the air!) they'll come around for a chat or joke when they have some spare time. A very nice experience indeed, now I just have to wait for 48 hours and see how my hair is after washing it… fingers crossed!
