Based in Hazel Grove, Stockport, The Muscle Therapy is a musculoskeletal sports massage clinic located within B-Fit Gym. A calm, professional space dedicated to helping you move, feel, and perform better.

What sets this clinic apart is the approach. Treatments here don't just address where the pain is, they look at the whole picture. Where the problem originates, how the body is loading and compensating, and the wider factors that shape how pain is experienced: sleep, stress, lifestyle, and how much the body has been asked to carry.

Because pain is rarely just about tissue. The body doesn't separate physical load from mental load, and neither does this clinic.

Whether you're an athlete managing an injury, someone dealing with persistent tension from desk work and daily life, or a person who's been managing the same problem for longer than they should have, sessions are tailored to you as an individual, not just your symptoms.

Every treatment combines hands-on soft tissue work with a genuine conversation about what's going on, and ends with a clear plan, not just temporary relief.

Create calm before creating change.
