At Mindful Beauty, we value your time and aim to provide the highest quality care and service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please read and adhere to our lateness and cancellation policy.

Lateness Policy

• We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
• If you arrive within the 10-minute window, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment, though treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying the next client.
• Arrivals beyond the 10-minute grace period will be considered a missed appointment and subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

• 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend an appointment will result in the following:
  • A non-refundable fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost for pre-paid or pay-on-the-day bookings.
  • For clients on packages or membership plans, the session will be deducted from your allowance.
• Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Maria's passion lies in blending Eastern and Western methods. She has received training at the London School of Massage and various Ayurvedic institutions in the UK and Kerala. Her qualifications include Remedial-deep tissue, Holistic, Pregnancy, and Ayurvedic massage. Additionally, she is an Advanced Oxygen Advantage® Breathwork Instructor, RYT +700 yoga teacher, certified Ayurvedic Practitioner DAPC, and holds a B.Sc. in Psychology.

During your first session, a consultation form will need to be completed. If you have any major Health concerns, please get in touch in advance.
