Moira offers her 20 years of study and execution of the art of massage and reflexology. She has an abundance of certificates to demonstrate her passion and continues to extend her knowledge through learning new techniques. Moira's current repertoire includes Indian head massage, hot stone, reflexology, lymph drainage massage and reflexology, as well as back, head and neck. All treatments are tailored to suit the needs of each client, whilst striving to heal the body, relax the mind and ease muscular aches and tension.

Her background in dance and over five years of experience as a yoga teacher inform a holistic, body-aware approach. Sophie has a natural sensitivity to the stress and overwhelm many clients carry and uses breathwork and gentle techniques to help regulate the nervous system and encourage deep rest.

Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, offering not just physical relief, but space to slow down, breathe and return to a sense of balance.
