We are excited to welcome Danny a qualified sports massage therapist, an advanced Myofascial release practitioner and a BeActivated movement coach. He is passionate about massage and inspired to help people feel better and move better. He is motivated by working with people and helping them improve their quality of life. Danny has trained with leading experts and inspiring professionals. He has experience of treating a wide range of people and conditions, from people returning to sport, to those suffering from chronic fatigue and pain. Danny works out of our treatment room at Hoebridge Wednesdays 19:00 - 21:00 pm Saturdays 9:00 am - 13:00 pm

Hello! I am Phyllida (better known as Phyll) part founder of We Balance You. I am a therapist who specialises in Reflexology – feet and face and various kinds of massage. If you are looking for a friendly, approachable yet professional treatment then I think you should give me a call. Between my partner (Justine) and I we have considerable experience and knowledge and we are really happy to help you, even if it’s just to ask a question. About us - we met at school and have been firm friends for over 30 years, raising our families, sharing fun and sad times together. Back in 2013, we embarked on a new exciting adventure, trained to be reflexologists and started our new business Balance Reflexology. Many people say never go into business with a friend, however, this has proven to be the best journey ever for us. We continue to grow, we are passionate about what we do and love helping and getting to know our clients. We are thrilled to be embarking on our next adventure, taking over two treatment rooms at Hoebridge Golf Centre, we hope you’ll come and see us soon.
