I had the stress relief massage. Good massage that really worked my shoulders - quite painful but my shoulders are really tense. Therapist was lovely.

Massage was quite vigorous but invigorating. Will ask next time not to have oil applied to my head as came away with greasy hair but aside from that will return.

Really nice staff - friendly and helpful, and happy to answer the many questions I had. The body wrap felt quite relaxing and not at all uncomfortable. Not sure if it's had any significant effect on my body as I know that more than one treatment is recommended to really see results.
