The therapist was very knowledgeble and helpful.
Facilities are ok, treatment room is tiny and the venue faces the high street, so it can be a bit noisy, but atmosphere is still relaxing.
Overall, happy with the treatment and am likely to return.

The person that treated me was so kind and the massage was great. the placentre was clean and comfortable enough and just found the reception staff a bit unpolite as they didn't greet me when I left eventhough I said goodbye twice.

I had an excellent India Head Massage with Melis. She was really lovely and when I explained that I was recovering from a cold and had headpain she said she'd ensure she worked on my face to help with drainage - and my cold did seem to disappear faster!
As others have noted this isn't just a head and neck massage but covers the back as well, could have had slightly longer on the head and scalp but I really enjoyed it anyway so perhaps just request longer on the head if that's what you're keenest on. This way felt like a more holistic treatment which was great.
