No professional pedicure chair - so no massage or warm water for your feet...
She took 2 hours to do 1 hour treatment as she was answering the phone or looking for the equipment she needed...
She Cut The skin on my 2 toes too much so had to wait for it to stop bleeding...
Too much nail polish out on - all came off 2 days after...
No scrub done and no moisturiser at the end...
The chair that I was sitting in is a standard office hair - could not even rest my head...
The chair was too low so I had to keep raising my feet so she can reach my toes - the most uncomfortable 2 hours in my life...
The should not offer pedicure if they don't have a chair for it - simple as that.
